Calls from 520-662-9898 come from an automated message in Spanish - and midst all the speaking, the only English spoken is "Sears.com."

If this is a Bill collector - there's no way for me to tell them they have the wrong number, since I cannot understand the number, reference number or the name of the person that they are calling... and I'm NOT spending MY long distance charges calling Tuscon, AZ for someone to speak to me in Spanish since I am not also Spanish speaking.

If this is someone saying there are issues with an order? I called Sears.com so hopefully they can track the call.

I keep getting calls from this number in English and Spanish, mostly Spanish saying it's for Francisco J Gomez.  It says it's about his Sears account and mentions Citibank.  I've gone through the promptings three times.  It says if this is Francisco J Gomez press one, if not press two.  I choose two.  It says if this is Francisco J Gomez press one, to receive a message for Francisco J Gomez press two, to something else for Francisco J Gomez press three, if we've reached the wrong number press four.  I press four.  It says thank you, they're sorry for the inconvenience, please hold for a customer service representative so that they can update their records.  I hold and then click.  The call is over.  No customer service rep, and the calls keep coming.  So I stopped answering, but they are non-stop and at all hours.

No stop calls in Spanish to my cell phone.

Five times a day, can't understand a bit of it.  Who is in charge of overseeing this type of thing?
