Got a message  left on my voice mail " Hi ____ this is Jessica Call me back" Dont fall for it!

got 2 calls -- "Lisa this is Jordan, it's extremely important that you call me back"  We get a lot of wrong numbers from people who are trying to call one of the medical facilities, so I tried to call back to let this person know that she called a wrong number, just in case it was a medical-related issue.  Got a very loud young woman (she said she wasn't shouting in the phone because she was using a headset--same result, still shouting).  Someone needs to explain that when someone goes to the trouble of calling you back to say you got the wrong number the correct response isn't to order "ok, give me your phone number area code first".  It's "Oh, sorry to bother you.  Thank you for letting us know...".  I should have checked this website first, if I had I wouldn't have bothered to return the call.

Apparently this is a collection agency but I have NEVER in all my life have had to deal with such an unprofessional RUDE bunch of people.  I feel sorry for such sad workers.

This number appeared on my caller ID. Just the number, no name just "Unknown." Showed a voicemail message but there was no actual message, only a hangup.

Sometines the 520- 790-7181 appears other tunes us states "unjkniw" but the messages are the same.  When you call back they ask for your birthday and mailing address, or they leave no message only an 800 number (800-455-5175).  When you do answer the caller is harrasing, intimidating and rude.

does anyone have an address for these idiots?

If you are from another city and you used your credit card in Tucson, they will call you to verify if it is really your card or if it has been stolen....especially if it's near the holidays.

I've gotten many calls from this number. The woman that called me was a horrible representative.   I can't believe how rude a person can be. From the get go she yells my name and says I better listen to what she has to say or im"fin ta get into trouble. "  haha
I then ask who it is and she then yells "im gettin to dat guy."
amazingly I still stayed on the phone with this b****.
she explained to me how much I owe for a school loan. I say (honest to the power upstairs) "cool.  Let me pay it now."  
She THEN says "well why come you aint paid it yet? I been callin u since july bub."
I say ive been working and every time she calls im busy. Im wrapping up lunch now so it's perfect.  
But nooooooo.  She then says , " that's ridiculous. U just don't wana pay up."
I then called her a female k9 and said mail me a bill. Then I hung up.
I'm sure she's just a horrible employee and can't get anyone to pay up so she's just taking out her ugly stupid attitude on everybody. Poor stupid girl hates her jobby job. :(

These people are unbelievable!! I have several medical bills. I send 35.00 each month to 9 different medical Dr.'s and other medical professionals. . But unfortunately,  a couple got away from me and to these people. I explained my situation and that I would start sending them 35.00 monthly as well. To my amazement,, the women screams at me, " Your problems are not mine, so I need to know how you plan to pay $1,792.00 now!" I was speechless!! I told her I could not pay that  but I would make a monthly payment.. She then says to me, I quote and kid you not, " Your full of BS and it needs to be paid now!" I hung up on her.. Now they call all day long, only let it ring a couple times, then hangs up...
Nuts!!
