UPS was the delivery service that was supposed to have delivered the item that never came. I am assuming that the call from 520-806-6666 was indeed UPS.

- Steve replies to leslie| 1 replyIf the can't deliver to the address on the package for some reason UPS has started delivering packages to the last address listed for you with a successful delivery. Even if that was 20 years ago. I have had to track down packages!! GGGGRRRRRRR!!!!!!
- warangel replies to SteveThe number is UPS. They were trying to track a package that they had lost. I had already contacted the company that did the shipment and they sent a replacement. UPS is still in the dark as to what happend to the first shipment. I get stuff for my business from all over the country and have asked all my contacts NOT to use UPS, they loose stuff all the time. I do find it funny that they always say they are sorry, I told the last guy from UPS that said that, YES I know you guys are sorry, real sorry when it comes to service. He got a little upset. I won't ever ship anything UPS.
- LinYep, it was UPS. If I hadn't checked here, I wouldn't have known, because they didn't leave a voice mail and I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They lost a package and are investigating it. So thanks for posting the number to return the phone call.

- Tubbie replies to kashIt was indeed UPS. Basically my shipment was marked as "delivered" and that I signed for it, which was weird as I worked 30 miles from my house. To add insult to injury, I paid for "Adult Signature Required" service. I guess my evil twin signed for it. Luckily, the company shipped my replacement to me right away. At least they understand real "customer "service".
