Calles & says hes a car insurance company buts its a scam

I got a call tonight, it was a man saying "Sorry I guess a got a wrong number, I'll call you back". Immediately the phone was rinning again, but it was a woman, saying that she works for Allstate Insurance and they have a special promotion for home insurance. I told her she needed to talk with my husband, she ask for his name, but I noticed that she had it already and she had our address too. Then, surprise! She asked for his DOB, I said  "why do you need that information!". She told me because that way she will be ready with a quote next time when she call my husband. She asked again for his DOB, this time with a "mandatory" tone, so I realized this was not right, I told her "I won't give you that information". And hanged up.
