I just received a call from Eric Scott, would not give me any details except to have my lawyer call him immediately, and if he didn't hear back from me he felt sorry for me.

I received the same phone calls all day yesterday & when I did answer I pretended to be somebody else and he left a message stated that this was a urgent message & a legal matter and I know they are a scam because he used my middle name instead of my first name I have applied for some payday loans using my middle name but I've never received any money so if they are using my middle that's how they got my info.

He called my work and left the same message. that he feels sorry for me if I dont call back. I don't owe any money to any cash place or any one else.. It is just another scam...
