I recieved a call for this number claiming all kinds of things that i didnot do, check fraud, etc. i do not have a job and they said they were going to have me served and my job?

just got a weird message on both my cell AND work phone saying that either I or my attorney needs to call back immediately.  The guy was foreign and he said if he doesn't hear from me, he wishes me good luck with what will happen to me??????

They called my wife with a very threatening voicemail. He left a name on the voicemail but gave me a different name when I asked him his name on the phone. They spoke to her and me without any kind of verification of who we were. I posted the voicemail online so others can hear it and see if it's the same voice. http://www.fuelblue.com/voicemail.wav

I got the same message today for a woman with a thick accent asking me or my attorney of record to call ad wishing me luck if I didn't. Really disturbing

Same nut case called our cell phones today!!!
I called back and gave them hell!

Ok I just received the same type of message from a guy (with thick accent), requesting lawyer info, saying I was on the defendant side of a lawsuit.  After I wouldnt let him finish and demanded he tell me who the "plantiff" was, he said it was about a cash advance that I received (WHICH I DIDNT). He had the nerve to say the sheriffs dept was coming to arrest me on my job! I called him a liar, politely sent him to hell and dared him to call back with this fraudulent mess!! Scammers!!!

I was called by a David Smith telling me I need to have my lawyer call or me asap or was going to be responible of some thing he wasn't american  he had ornental  actsent.  said something about student loan and I don't have any.

I received a call from a man with a foreign accent, said he was calling from the legal investigation dept and I ask him what the call was in regards to but would not answer or give me any information. I requested that he not call again and that I have recorded the conversation and I will file a complaint.

I got a call asking me or my attorney to call or he wished me luck. I called them and every time I asked something they did not like they hung up on me. When I told them you could not be arrested for failure to repay a payday loan, they hung up. I asked and was given a number which was supposed to be the case number. I checked with the courts and sheriff's and no such case exists of course. These people never asked for money but I am sure they would have gotten around to it. The man who left the message gave the name of Thomas Williams, but his accent said otherwise.

A voicemail was left on my cell phone.  The man had a very strong foreign accent, I could barely understand him.  He stated I "needed" to call him back as soon as I got the message.  At the end he also said that I or my attorney should call.  And wished me "good luck" at the end.  The reason why I know the name of the caller is because he left a message at my job also and they were able to understand him.  ???

Please people if you receive any calls from these people notify Homeland Security. They are trying to track these nitwits down. Get as much information from them and report them. We need to put a stop to these people coming to America and causing trouble. Notify!!!!!!!!! The law enforcement.
