got a call and said I was going to be summons w/court oders for fraud.

Got same message saying that I was to receive summons for fraud. Don't know who these people are.

Got called yesterday and today 9-9-14 from this number. No message was left.

These folks called me @ work and on my cell phone - Thank you TRANSUNION.  They've also told me that they have a case against me and I called them and spoke to one of their smuck's wise ass.  The company name is GMA and their number is 539-664-7349 scam.  I called and submitted a case against them this morning with  CFPB and also forward a voice mail recording they left.  For all of you - Call 855-411-2372 and report them.  They will not last for long

I got this call two days in a row now....but my name is not "Tanesha Johnson" who is the person who is supposedly going to jail...

I also got a call from 539-664-7349 on 09/08/14 on my cell and again at my job 09/09/14 .They left a disturbing recording, also saying that they have a case against me ,fraud associated with my social security number. They threaten to serve me at my job and I needed to call to stop the paperwork from being filed. They are a debt collector. I actually tried to make a payment arrangement and they were not helpful at all. I  submitted a case against them this morning with  CFPB .Thank you to the guy that also reported them and providing that info.

This is a scam.  DO NOT PAY THEM!!!  If this was a legitimate company, they would SEND YOU A LETTER stating who they are and what you owe and to whom.  Also, you will NEVER be called before someone wants to file a charge against you.  Lastly, owing money is NOT A CRIME, so how could you be charged for fraud?

Block their number and report them to the CFPB.

I received a message Threatening two counts of fraud for a person named Tammy.   I am not Tammy it is clearly the wrong number.  However  this is a scam, if law enforcement does have charges against you they aren't going to call, they will come and arrest you. This company is preying on people and trying to scare them. Report them if you get the call!

I wish I could file a case against them. They called my old job, my ex girlfriends and she called me complaining that I was up to no good because of the call, and my father answered the phone once  and gave me a ear full when I walked through the door. Saying "What did I do?" and to be honest with him. When I said I did nothing he didn't believe me. I am not a thief or commit any type of fraud. Enough is enough. Is there a number I can call to report them.. or file a harassment claim against them. The number that calls me is 539-664-7349 and my case # as they state is mzx1539. I am frustrated...and helpless. :(

Received a call from Goldman and Associates on my child's cellphone telling him he was fraudulent and would be arrested. The scam artist Mr. Davis at this number hung up on me when I began to question him more thoroughly. I called him back and he told me the call,was being recorded for quality then hung up on me again! Scammers! 539 664 7349 a VoIP out of Oklahoma.

Umm the Uhhhh hello message on here is from the scammers most likely-sending their little minions to do some online abuse-just came from another site about this number and her name was supposedly Beth and she said almost to a tee what this Uhhh hello response said-they have a script they read off of to put on here with key points-they come onto these sites against the number they use to call you to scam you to spew more venom and to put in your mind that maybe you should call them and that your a bad person or in their words a bum -give me a break lol-don't pay them any mind they are scammers and yes you can put complaints against them-everything that was said above is total BS-I have never seen such hiliarious scare tactics used- it just cracks me up-just step back and take a breath you did nothing wrong and don't give them your time file a complaint and IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE!!!!!!

These people are buying old debts, zombie debts, and calling people who are associated with the debt. My brother received a call from them about a debt that was fraud in 2003, never resolved over the last 11 years. These people claim it's a recent debt which is false they may be re-aging the debt to be current which is illegal. Either way do not give these cretins any information about yourselves just hang up and file an FCC complaint about harassing phone calls or just ignore them. There will be no summons, there will be no sheriff at your door or at work, it’s just a scam team trying to get money from you before you figure it out. You'll never sue them because they are not legitimate businesses, the wife answers the phone and the boyfriend or husband pretends to be looking as to where to serve you unless you send the attorney on the case money, DAH!

I first received a call from them yesterday stating that i owed a debt to a payday loan company ( no name stated ) from 2009. They said that criminal charges would be filled against me and i would be summoned to court and a warrent would be issued.i got so scared that i asked for a payment plan to pay back the debt. I was so scared , i didnt even realize i never took out a loan in 2009. They transferred me to another dept which i then spoke with a [***] by the name of FELICIA DANIELS!! She set up the payment plan and sent me the docusign through email , i signed it and sent it back. Afterward, i started to get a feeling that something wasnt right. I went over the documents again and realized that there was no company information for the payday loan company that supposable owed, no address no phone number not even a company name. I googled them the number they called me from which was 539-664-7349 and i came. Across. This site and many more sites. Where people are saying thry had the same experiencskeptical  so today i called these [***] and ask for the payday loan company name addresses. And phone number , they gave me the run around . while i was on hold with them and number with a 650 area code called which is a number from palo alto california. And it was FELICIA DANIELS.  Saying that they dont have the information im looking for and i asked how can u not have the company info that you are going to be taking payments. From me for ? She got really hostile. And rude. And hung up in my face ,so i called the Oklahoma Number back which is the number stated above and guess who answers . FELICIA [***] DANIELS!!!!! How can u be in cali and Oklahoma At the same damn time . i cussed her ass out .Its a scam people dont fall for it .im glad i didnt give them any money another thing that made me skeptical.Was that fact that Felicia told me that i couldnt send a payment in through the mail because they didnt want to wait for the payment. That i could only pay through money gram which requires no identification. Or a prepaid card . . .i was so pissed that i called them repeatedly and harassed. Them until they stop answering both phone numbers ..

These people keep calling me! I don't know what they are referring to
