Called and had the nerve to ask my 8 year for my cell phone number! This was totally unprofessional!

V, you really need to learn how to type properly if you're going to represent your company online.

It is Atlantic Finanical Credit calling me... I gave them my cell and not my landline... boy if I gave them my landline.... I would never hear the end of it. Now I look at my caller ID on my cell and I just don't answer... even it they leave a message.

tell them you need to get the mailing address so you can send in payment.  One you have the address, tell the person to stop calling you and hang up.  Take the address you just got from them and send them a CEASE AND DESIST letter for them to stop calling you.  (google halt letters, there are templates available online).  Send it certified, so they have to sign for it.  KEEP ALL DOCUMENTATION. TImes/dates/reasonings for calling.  If they call again, file a complaint with FTC and go to local courthouse and file a lawsuit for harassment!  This will put a stop to it.

this company has been calling my relatives about MY debt...how do I get this to stop??

This company just called me looking for one on my relatives and was VERY rude and unprofessional! I asked to speak to a supervisor who also hung up on me. Very rude, I am going to file a harrasment lawsuit as stated above if they call me one more time

Got a call from 540-772-7800.  They have been calling for days and hanging up without any message.  They called today and must not have realized the answering machine records while the message is playing.  One employee told the other employee twice, "Tell her there is a ransom note on it."  I have sent certified letters directing them to stop calling- it's nice to be able to record them saying illegal and threatening statements.

Keep receiving calls from this number and they never leave a message - I don't answer numbers I don't recognize

It's atlantic credit & finance.  Unemployed for two years, have been working temp on a week by week basis and now they are calling here.  So I feed and house the family or ...  

I had an account, paid in full, I am now trying to get them to send documentation to the original creditor that this is paid in full.  /they are refusing, been trying to resolve since July 2014.  I have left MULTIPLE messages on their handy answering machine, to date not one person has returned a call.  Spoke to a Deanna, very rude and unprofessional, refuses to give names.  I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said "Let me transfer you," and I was transferred to yet another answering machine at a 'help desk'.  Left a message on Deanna's machine that i needed her supervisor to call me as she transferred me to a machine not a person.  They are telling me that they do not have to let anyone know the account has been paid, including the credit reporting agencies!  Very unprofessional people, I realize this is not a great job, but you still need to be professional when doing business.

these people keep calling and harassing me about some un-paid credit card debt. and I have no such credit debt.

This number called a managing director at my place of employment talk about embarassing. They seemed willing to work to get the debt resolved interest free. Still not a fan of the way they went about contacting me. The manager ensured she would have that number removed from thier contact list.

I talked with someone from this company today.  Her name was Angelica.  It's my fault that this account landed on her desk in the first place.  She was SO nice and respectful and helpful.  After reading some of the reviews here, I was scared to call, but knew I had to.  It was good to talk with someone who is nice and genuinely wants to help you.

This a valid company they called me by mistake and owned up to it. If they are calling you then check your bills and who you owe  more than likely its a valid debt.

Regardless if a good debt or not they are not allowed to harass in anyway and never allowed to call your place of employment look up the laws on this
