This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by repeatedly calling even after being told to stop calling and take the number of their lists. They call offering discounted credit card processing services, but are most likely a scam based on their telemarketing techniques. They do not provide an address or phone number when asked, instead they transfer you to hold music. This is clearly a scam. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.

541-216-7959 just called our number. Caller ID showed up as Merchant Services. That's a dead giveaway that it's a SCAM. Our secretary answered the call, played along, and then transferred the call to me - the owner. The male caller at first tried to make it sound like his company currently handles our credit card processing, but when I inquired about our various accounts, our past due customer invoices, the numerous charge-backs on numerous credit and debit cards, etc., (which was all BS, as we have NO outstanding unpaid invoices) he then changed his tune to claiming that his company was actually trying to get our credit card processing business. Told him that we no longer accept credit cards here and that we're a cash only business, mostly thanks to [***] companies constantly calling us and trying to rip us off with fly by night scam processing. He started to stutter into a spiel and I told him to zip it. I then hung up on him, and immediately blocked the number. While our company does indeed accept CC's, I didn't feel bad about lying to him because he lied to us from the very second he called our company number. Sooner or later someone is going to find out where these companies are located and they'll be hit with a serious class action lawsuit, which I can't wait to be involved with.

I receive 5 calls a day from this number even after repeatedly asking them to stop.
