Another rip off company re: extended car warranties.  They call from "Dealer Services" and if you tell them to remove you from their list they just hang up.  If you call back to add the number to a do not call list, there is a robo answer with the message "no one is available to take your call" and the call gets disconnected.

This is pretty shady ... the name implies "your dealer" and owning a Cadillac I know I have another 3 years, 2 months warranty or 55,000 miles, whatever comes first.

The real shady part ... demand who it is who is calling and you get this delay.  Try to tell them to remove you and they don't even complete the conversation.

Really slippery company.
