Harassment call. threatens litigation if you don't call back.what kind of idiot do they think they are calling? Blocked the number

I get these calls all the time. They are annoying as hell.

This is the ridiculous message left on my machine, by a man with a very thick Indian accent pretending to be from the IRS.

"Hi.  This is Mark Anderson, calling you from Internal Revenue Services.  I-R-S.  The reason of my call is to inform you that there is a lawsuit been filed against you regarding an tax evasion and tax fraud.  Now, before this case goes to your [garbled] courthouse, or before you get arrested, I want you to call us back to get more information regarding this lawsuit.  The number you can reach me is at 541-948-8241.  I repeat: it's 541-948-8241.  So please do reach us as soon as possible, and please don't [garbled] or block this message, as this situation enfolds you.  Thank you, and have a great day.  God bless you."

Spam call in regards to a lawsuit. Threatened me and said I was lying.
