These people are calling threatening me .that I,m in trouble and they don,t know what going to happen to me,that they been trying to get me on the Internet .and that they file a case against me for what I don,t know.theyhave s along accent and sound as though they are reading from a script r something.who ar thes people

Could not understand the gentleman on the phone.

I called the 347- number and a middle eastern guy answered "legal department".  I tried to get him to tell me which company, that I wanted to pay my bill, but he wouldn't answer my question.  The good news is that, if you call 347-286-7172, this guy answers every time, so you can hassle him back!

It's unfortunate but all you have to do is harass them the same that they are harassing you and i guarantee that they will stop. They will see that you're not playing with them and that you're also not falling for that scam BS of theirs. Trust me. I called them back to back talking sh*t for about an hour,sometimes they will hang up on me, but i called back til they were fed up and they stopped.

They have been calling my job for months asking for an employee. We told him over and over that she doesnt work here and they keep calling. He even calls multiple lines at the same time!!! So annoying!!

The gentleman on the line said he was a officer but would not give me  the area he was from.  Very rude called over 20 times in a row.

Keep getting calls from 54334654768 saying there is a case against me for fraud because I owe 300 for a loan I never took out...I asked to get the number of the place and they hung up. I called the number back and it is not a working number

the person called me..named himself Sam brown but was of indian accent. he is convincing me to call him back on this no.He had called my office earlier..I hope somebody from the police or any gov,t agency will stop this people from doing this harassment.I do not have any accounts for collection.I wish somebody will get to the bottom of this shameful act.

Please get this person to stop calling! They keep calling looking for a person who doesn't even live here but they say that the person used my number. I looked up the person who they are trying to contact in my local phone book and her number is nowhere near the same as mine! Getting very tired of this person calling every day at all times of the day even after I have told them to stop calling! I am on the do not call list and told them so. They just hang up, wait a few months and call again. This has been going on for over a year now!

I want these calls to stop, I have paid and paid all kinds of these "legal actions" and I am still getting calls for the same ones and I am really irritated with these calls. Stop them.

I just got off the phone with one of the senior Attorneys of the PCS ( Prestige Consolidation Services) he has everything there is to know about me, I haven't taken a loan out with the following CASH ADVANCE AMERICA, I have never taken out any loans with them, anyways, said I needed was going to need to pay money to get out this, after he spoke with me, I hung up on him, and I am actually thinking about calling that number back, and see if I get an answer, The senior attorneys name was Chris Rene, and the person that was calling was SAM BROWN, I want these calls stopped for calling my number, please I am not about to change my number because if face when I was taking the loans out I didn't even have this number so I know its a scam, a BIG TIME SCAM. oh well, I pity the fools whoever they are that keeps calling cause they will get my voicemail from now on.

Yep, same thing.  He just called me again.  Called 5 times this am, and now calling again. He called me by a different name and this time I told him I know they were a scam, and that I needed his name and that I would be calling my attorney.  He told me charges would be pressed against this number, and I told him that's fine, because I'm not the person he is looking for and that I would be calling my attorney. He then told me to go to hell with my attorney.  Nice.  I said, you do the same.

So I called back to this number 347-286-7172 and I told them I knew they were a scam and to remove my number.  He asked me what number I had been called from, and I told him the 543-465-4768.  He said that's not a working number, and I said obviously it was because someone just called me from it.  He asked me how I knew it was a scam, and I told him that I have looked up this info online and lots of people are reporting the same thing.  He politely said he would remove my number, but if not, they will just continue to get calls from me.

Received calls from this 5434654768 number stating thst I owe some loan form ACS which I never has taken a loan from these people and if I did not pay that I will be hauled into COURT. Also received an email saying bascialy the same thing- I know that this is some time of SCAM from foreiners with an accent trying to scare you.
Tired of the phone calls!!!!

People from this number repeatedly call our office phone, claiming that they have a fraud case agains an employee. They repeatly keep calling, using foul language, and will not let me speak to a manager. T

I keep getting calls and messages from this number. Called them back and they are threatening to take me to court and have me arrested. Said that I owed a payday loan and there will be consequences. Then when I said that I googled this number and people are reporting that this is a scam, the guy then got rude and said it's all the people that lost their cases and they are posting on the internet. He said his name is Jim Morliano....don't even sound right when he has a very heavy Indian accent. Said he has my account number with Bank of America, then he hung up on me. The number that was left on my voicemail to call back was347-286-7172

Indian or middle eastern man called from 543-465-4768 claiming to be from a law firm or a police officer from New York trying to settle debts that i dont have. He calls himself Chris Rene and keeps threatening to arrest me or proceed with going to court for my alleged "illegal activity". Him or another man working with him call every few minutes on my cell phone and my work phone and even threatened violence on my manager when he asked the man to stop calling. I know hes a scammer because I found information about him on a scam website with two of the three numbers hes called me from.

just got 4 calls in a row from 543-465-4768. I answered the first one, and the guy said he was officer allan Gibson from legal dept. new york CDS, and then he rambled so fast i told him i didn't have a clue who he was and said contact me by mail. i hung up. The phone rang  but i let it go to answer machine, and they hung up but called right back 3-4 more times, and then left a message that was very threatening about being primary subject to be legally prosecuted, and to return a call to him at 347-286-7156, so just the last digit has changed. and he too has a thick eastern / india accent. and they will not take no for an answer. they are usually out of a country like Nigeria, that has no extradition policy with the U.S.thats why it never stops.

This number and several other numbers with the same guy calling with heavy indian accent. Keeps calling and threating me with court and that i am going togo to jail but will not say what for. He uses several different names. The most popular one is sam brown.
