    Took the call, it hung there for 2-3 seconds, then I heard a tone and a fellow with a thick Indian accent began speaking.  He was hard to understand and I told him I did not understand what he said.  I was at work and after I heard him say something about "Card Services" I told him I could not take any calls and i hung up.  I Hate Marketing calls from other countries, reminds me of outsourced American jobs.
