Fraud! Man clearly from India named "mark Anderson" claims to be with the department of legal affairs US treasury. And that legal action has been taken in your name call back or hire an attorney. When I called and questioned him as to why the Department of treasury would have me call back at a 559 area code instead of a one 800 area code he hung up on me. When I called back to tell him I was going to report him he told me not to call back again!

That just happened to me today but his name was John Edwards US Treasury dept of legal affairs.
Said to call 559-372-6869

John Edwards from US Treasury Dept called me today said there is legal action taken against my name and to call 559-372-6869; With middle eastern accent  

Got a call from Christopher Brown at 559-372-6869. Said he was from the Dept of Legal Affairs - I don't think so!

Received call from 559-372-6869, alleging to be from US Treasury Legal Dept and advising that a suit was being filed.  Clearly a scam call.  I called the California office, 213-576-4141, verifying the falsity of the call and gave a brief report to them.  I then called the scam number back and explained that I had reported them.  The person became angry and, oh my, very rude, and then hung up on me.  I called back, again, stating that we had apparently been cut off.  The person continued to be, oh my, very rude and hung up, again.
