Its pg&e when you need service that number calls you for a reminder

I received this call this morning at 11:17am. I did have an appointment with PG&E at 9:30am and he was gone by 10:00am. No message left.

Same call.  Yes, appointment with PG&E.

it was pg and e i'm still not sure what the wanted.

I received a call from 1-559-495-0104 also and I don't have PG&E at all. I will investigate this bogus call as far as I am concerned.

Area code 559 is an area code that was created on November 14, 1998, when the southern half of the area code 209 (in service since 1958) reached full capacity. Like many other regions that had experienced area code changes during the area code boom of the 1990's, both 559 and 209 were in the early planning stages of relief, potentially creating the need for introduction of further new area codes. Yet by 2002, number blocking was being enforced in the 209 and 559 area codes. Instead of handing out numbers in blocks of 10,000 to private companies (as had been normal practice since the beginning of the NANP in 1947), only 1,000 numbers would be handed out at a time. For example, instead of granting Pacific Bell all numbers (559) 330-xxxx, only numbers (559) 330-0xxx, or (559) 330-1xxx or (559) 330-2xxx, and so on, would be granted.

It was PG&E calling to confirm my scheduled service appointment.

PG&E checking to see if the guy made the scheduled appointment. The worker had already been here and gone for over an hour. Read some comments and all I can say is calm down folks. If they are calling you by mistake they misdialed it's not a machavaelian plot just a wrong number because PG&E is not sitting making prank calls for God's sake. LOL

its PGE and probably calling to provide updated status for an outage.  it is possible that someone inadvertently entered an incorrect contact number in their system.  have no fear,  they won't call back once the outage has been restored if the person who requested the status only asked for a call when power is restored.

PG&E calling with an update about an earlier power outage.  Funny, it was restored about 7 hours ago, and they just called to let me know that it was fixed!

However, they did have an option for a wake-up call in case power was not restored.  They called right at the specified time.  Great service!

Says my account has been updated to show I have a guarantor. My request for a cash deposit has been canceled. What??? No idea what this means. Tried to call the number back and it rang and rang.

PG&E - arrived on time!!

It was PG&E calling to confirm my appt. Stupid thing is the automated message didn't realize it went to voicemail and started asking to press buttons to confirm, decline, or reschedule. Now I'm not sure how confirm.

I don't know why they are calling me to have my polite light turned on?

This was an auto survey call from pge about service call  to my apt 2day. The message was a survey to rate the call.

Yes, a reminder from PG&E.

PG&E reminder electric shut down for maintenance schedule services in our area today and we received notice letter 10 days ago for this event.

I just found a long distance call on my phone from this number and it supposedly lasted 60 minutes?????
