Received a message from this number.  The caller said it was regarding a pending court action for tax evasion.  It sounds like the typical scam, see http://www.irs.gov/uac/Tax-Scams-Consumer-Alerts

Message left for me to call about a legal action against me regarding the US Treasury. (sounded like he was from India) Said his name is Steve Martin (really that was what he said) and requested that I call 559 836-5846.
The call was answered by someone that sounded like they were also from India. She answered "US Treasury" how may I help you. I asked for Steve Martin, but he was not currently available. I asked them to have my name removed from their scam phone calls.

I got the same call just a few minutes ago too from Steve Martin. Same number and same speech. He does sound like he is from India.

Me too.  Got one today.  The name on the phone said Walter Peter but the man speaking (Indian) said Steve Martin.  I can't believe anyone falls for this crap.
