I got the same same call fand they told me exactly the same word above... They even threaten to call my employer and put me in jail if I don’t give them 500$ they clam I owe them. I don’t know how they got all of my info ssn employer’s name home address etc finally when I said I want to resolve this ..they said if you want to resolve this you need to agree to 3 things 1.fax (2063371159) the letter ..that this happened unintentionally and I will pay full amount and kindly accept my payment and settle this out of court or something … 2nd pay $660 3rd go out and get the prepaid card and fill in those $660 and call us and give the prepaid card number. Guys this is total scam I filed a case at FTC and as soon as I said there number they said it’s a scam and as a precautionary things just keep a tap on my ssn …

He said his name was Julian Marshall and that I owed some company for a payday loan. The man had a heavy Indian accent and the line was constantly breaking up. I got scared because he said he was going to have me arrested and file felony charges on me. After some research, I see that this is a scam. Thank you for this page.

Gee, I had the exact same experience as everyone above and the people there are Indian with American names. I asked them to give me information and they siad they would send it to me but nothing. They keep calling and now on my cell they go direct to voicemail. Good riddends...

I keep getting calls from 559-838-0290. "Eric Watson" keeps saying there is a lawsuit against me and he need to talk to my lawyer. "Eric" has started calling my work and DEMANDING to talk to my manager. Glad to see that it's a scam

same calls happen to me and they called everyone in my family with my last name and my job harassing me over and over again
