I have no idea who this is and have never seen a phone number prefix starting with 0 before, either.  So it's got to be some telemarketing [***].

we have been receiving calls from 561-025-5221. can anyone tell me who the caller happens to be?

Did not answer. Why would I talk to name not found??

They used to call me several times a day (over several months) looking for a woman named Lynn. They eventually stopped calling when I went off on one of them in a spectacular 5+ minute rant. Unfortunately they started calling back the last two days. I ignored the first 3 calls but I picked up the 4th. The caller, very Asian sounding man, asked for Lynn. I told him that he had the wrong number. He very indignantly spelled Lynn out and insisted that it was my name. I told him that it wasn't and he hadthe wrong number and to please stop calling. I hung up and number proceeded to call two more times. I've had this number claim to be both medical related and also claim to be debt collectors. They are a pain in my butt.
