I just spoke to Michelle and Austin from National Affidavit Processing Division (NAPD). They claimed that they were representing a financial services company (a pay day loan company) and that I owed them money. I asked them to mail me a form using their company letterhead and they refused. I asked them where their offices were and they refused. I know this is a fraud because I never applied for a pay day loan. The upsetting thing is that they had my phone number and mailing address. I did like the touch of using western names even though they had heavy accents. In any case, I entered my phone numbers into the "Do Not Call" registry.

I also just received a call from this number. The person who left a messege on my cell said he was the Sr. Investigative Officier for the US Crime and Prevention Bureau and there was a complaint against my name and social security number.

napd does exist. dont claim its fraud,  there are some collection agencys working for U.S government

Got a msg left from this NAPD said they have a "financial complaint" against my name and social. If this is true, then they can take me to court. We will then verify any information they present.

I got a call from 561-210-4188, they claim that they belong to Federal Government of Crime Prevention and that they have a claim from three payday loan companies and were ready to press charges, they do not give you much explanation and just keep calling and making treats to take me to court...i have not apply for any payday and have not clue who this people are, I am just scare.

I got a call from the same people just different number.  They piggyback there calls from around the country.  One woman claimed that they were calling from florida. When I checked the number it was from D.C. Another was from WA and when I told them I wanted their fax number to show proof that I didn't owe anything they gave me a number to CA.  I'm going to find out who these people are and then sue THEM!!

Oh yeah.  I ended up talking to the same lady three times and the same man three times and each time they claimed to be someone different!!!  All with in 20 mins.  I think I can remember a voice within 20mins.  These people are jokes!!!

Received a call from this number.  Said they were a law enforcement official with the U.S. department of Treasury.  Never did say their name, or who they were calling for.  I was to take this call seriously, and return the call, or face court proceedings,  arrest, or imprisonment.
I have gotten 4 variations of this from different numbers and different names.
I have filed a report each time, but it is frustrating.

I received a call from this number today and they said they were from the IRS and it was the last warning yadda yadda yadda

I don't like it at all. It started on calling my house and told me to talk to James Caston and left his number 561-210-4188 . Then they call me on my cell phone asking my name and I told them no that is not my name and why are you calling me and they say they are from National Affidavit Processing Division (NAPD). And then they say they from IRS.
Okay this is weird. They won't tell me [***] plus they did say I own money in 2014 from not filling my tax return and I told them my family help me file my taxes and I only work in fast food .
After awhile I call back and gave them one question "Are you a scammer" they say yes. So I repeat they question they hang up. Duuu   they are stupit.
They needed to be shut down right now!

Repeat call threateningi some sort of legal action for alleged unpaid debt  no proof of debt submitted

Man with foreign accent saying his name was James and something about an enforcement action requiring our serious attention to avoid appearance before a Federal Grand Jury for a criminal offense. He advised us to cooperate.  This is a bad, bad scam.

wonder if he called me first or you??? LOL    yes, I am in big federal trouble- how nice they want to help me avoid going to court.
