Never leaves a message

I have received numerous calls from this number.  I have now started logging and reporting to DNC.  Calls were on 1/20/09 at 6PM and 1/26/09 at 9:36AM.

Other sites have stated that these are people wanting to come into your home to show you how to save money on electricity or water.  Sounds like a  scam to me or worse some less than credible persons wanting to case your house perhaps for further criminal activity.  If they were credible they would leave a message or list their caller id.

The caller has never left a message

Received at least two calls in the last week. They don't leave a message.

Calls constantly, never leaves a message. When I picked up, they asked for me. When I asked them to identify themselves, they hung up. You cannot call back since the message states that number has been disconnected. Can't believe the phone company allows that response.

Received mutiple calls in the last 24 hrs. No message left cannot return call. Finally spoke with and they claim to be Florida energy Program and want to do energy survey. Told them to remove number as I am on Do Not Call List. Reported

They call at least once a day. Caller ID identifies as "Florida Call", and they never leave a message. My number is in the DNC list, so they either do not check before or do not care.

I received lat least two calls in a week from this number.  Never leaves message.
I am on DO NOT CALL LIST but they still calling.

Rec'd calls twice a day 3 times a week.  Never leave a message.  
I am on DNC too!  The phone number listed as Florida but I think their office
located in Tennessee.
