Got a call from this number today, listed as number unknown on my caller ID, but couldn't understand a word she was saying! She spoke with an accent  and said something about medical something or other so I  hung up!

i called this number today myself -- it's a call center where they want to know if you've been in a car accident, have had surgery, or have any other major medical issues, and they offer to send you information.

short answer: they're up to something, and i'm not 100% convinced it's all legal. seems really shady.

Unknown caller to me. Continues to call

Call fm Belle Glade, FL.  Could not understand her so I hung up. They called right bk but used phone # instead of place name, then called bk with place name in caller id. I didn't pick up. Called bk agn today with place name in caller id. I didn't pick up.

Called and asked if I ever had any surgeries. Told them not interested and I hung up.. Interested to see if and when they call back

I am getting calls froms this number REPEATEDLY, to the point of harrassment, I've asked to be put on their "do not call" list which they do not respect, & they refuse to tell me the name of the company they work for.. 100% totally a scam.

They keep calling,  and not respecting the request to be taken off their call list. As with other people,  they ask if I have medical pain and claim that they can help at no cost to me. Wier part is that they show up on my caller id as one of my existing contacts.  Seems like a scam from hell.

This is happening a couple of times a day for the past couple of months. Not always this number but always asking about surgeries.

These people are nuts.  They've been calling me all summer from a host of different Florida numbers.  I have asked politely on every single occasion for them to stop calling.  I am job hunting so I answer calls.  I said hello twice then the woman said goodbye.  I could tell by the accent that it was the same crazy call center.   I called back and asked to be taken off the list and the guy who answered started mocking and imitating everything I said.  

These people are crazy! literally.  A man called said his name was Victor. He babbled on and on when I asked what it was about he broke into a crazy laugh and said it was about heh heh heh heh he heh.  then it was about surgery I had, then more crazy laugher.  He said his name was Lucifer.  I said, your'e the devil.  He said "Im mad, I'm mad".  Then wanted to know if i had any pains.  I blocked the phone number on my cell, but he was a lunatic.  Really crazy. or maybe high, hard to tell.  either way, scary crazy.

Yep, crazier than loons these people are.  I only answered this call because I have relatives in Florida.  Now I won't answer at all.

call numerous times a day but never leave voice mail

Going by my experience and what posted here, this is definitely A SCAM. Just hung up the phone with them.
GUY: We're looking for "Angel"
ME: I have others called asking for him for the past year but this is my # for the past year.
GUY: Ok, ma'am.  
Then the guy with heavy Indian accent started asking about medical questions which sound scripted. "Do you have any pain in your body?"   "Where is the pain in your body?"  etc.

There's another version of this scam.  Which I posted to another site because calls came from different #.
Caller would pretend to look for someone else because they need to serve court paper OR they need your info because they need to serve you court paper or something similar.

I also have calls from "an investigator" office someone looking for "Angel" regarding a case. When I call back, it just direct me to a voicemail box.

Receiving calls from 561-463-6386. They are cold-calling from purchased lists regarding potential medical lawsuits. I informed them a) I am an atty, I have no need for representation and b) they have called a mobile that is registered on the "Do Not Call" registry. Another phone call came one hour later. Complaints have been filed with the FCC and my state's Atty General. I recommend all being harassed by this company do the same.

Do not answer.

They keep calling me regarding some type of medical stuff, heavy accent, can here people talking in background. After telling them to quit calling me, I hung up. They're still calling...

I have been getting calls from this number every day for weeks. They have (India) accents and cannot understand a word they are saying.

They called my house today.  Talking about anti-depressant drugs and that I might be due some compensation.  Asked who they were looking for, and they told me a name (must have had this phone number previously).  But, so much for HIPAA, since I know now that so-and-so has used antidepressants.

I got a call from them today. I thought it was kind of funny. It's obviously not legitimate. I acted interested for about five minutes, and I played along. When I asked what company he was with and worked for, he said "We are a medical compensation company." I think asked him if he knew my name, and he said no. Again, I asked what company he worked for. He fed me the same line. I made fun of him for not knowing the name of his own company. He politely told me that he could explain to me what his company did, but could not give me the companies name.How ballsy is that, really? They expect to get your medical information and they won't even tell you the name of the company. Gotta give them props for that. Anyway, it gave me something to do for a few minutes.

P.S. I promptly reported the number to the Better Business Borough. You should do the same if they call.

Calls me countinuously on my cell. Fake company, refuses to tell me the name of their company. Thick accent, hard to understrand, sarcastic, and rude.  I called before and asked to be taken off their "every day call list". Somehow I think i will not be getting taken off the call list.
