I got this prank call with this number under the name Berman Neal. The guy was very rude and bossy. I handled it professionally telling him that we don't give confeditional  or personal stuff over the phone - He was very persistant now  and tried to mix you all up  with his harsh  and rude attitude. I told him I'm busy  and hanged up on him. I googled this number    and found  all these complaints   and this really gave me a releif  that   really things went alright and that's why I'm posting on here  for  you to take care of these prank calls!!!

This number calls our place of business daily. He is rude, harrassing and quite annoying. His calls tie up our credit/debit terminal and make it impossible to conduct business. We tell him the owner won't be in until tomorrow and he'll call over and over and over again the same day. He says he's putting us on the no call list and then he calls again and again and again. Can someone shed some light on this man who clearly has some mental issues.

The same thing happened to me. This guy (Berman Neal on caller ID) keeps on calling and is bossy and rude. He is supposed to be selling electronic cigarette and other products. Not sure if he is legit or not. In my opinion he sells whatever you are interested in. Definitely should not give him any information or buy anything from him. This guy seems desperate because he keeps calling back and trying to sell products. Number this guy uses are: 561 483 4567 and 561 479 7575. Try to block the number and stay away from fraud.

This fellow Neal had the misfortune of calling me today; I am the author of a book which is to be called, "Built on Your Ashes".  The book has been sent to the United States Department of Justice as it was written to raise the departments awareness of the evidence which is to be published as part of the Author's Special Section Package.  Perhaps Neal might become part of the text or the follow-up materials, LOL.

i own a smoke shop and have dealt with neal more than one time i found this post searching his name to find out more about him and it is so true he calls my store repeatedly and although i have purchased from him before and all was well i will not continue to do business with him after his repeated calls and high orders funny thing is that he wont let you get your hands on his product in small orders to test it first he always wants to stick you with large orders that way if you hate the product he still gets some cash out of you neal i hope you read this and find out why people dont want to buy from you your an amature in the e-cig world go back to cigars and quit ripping people off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
