i have no idea who this is they call and then don't say anything then hang up!!

They always hang up if I pick up quietly. I called that number back and it he said "Hello may I speak to...ah..oh um...hello, Custom Offers Outfit, this is Jerry, how can I help you?" I hung up on them. Obviously a scam place. Wonder how much money Jerry makes there.

Keeps calling but no one on the other end.  Assume to be a computer. It's consistent for every hour.

Custom Offer Outlet, SCAM alert  Filed complaint with FCC  they are using hijacked numbers here in the usa to get your personal info in the guise you are going to school.  They have no web site and when pushed for company address they hang up  I have filed complaites with FCC  please all file complaits with FCC about these people shut them down.  Nuke the Phillipeans that is where call center is located  NUKE em all have a [***] cook out with their dead bodies.

I have gotten calls from this number 3xs today, I do not know anyone from FL. They do not leave a message either.

received 33 calls from this company so far today... female said her name was Jan Evans (heavy Arabic accent), another female Kim (heavy Arabic accent), another female Shania (heavy Arabic accent again) and the rest were a male sounded like same one each time (heavy Arabic accent) said they were from Customer offers, payday loans, they usually say company name so fast you don’t hear it and when asked to repeat their name or company name they hang up or start their sales pitch. Calls started from 8 am until 8 pm got calls from same company from other numbers.. total calls from this company from all the numbers they called me from 32 so far... they keep telling me they will remove my number.. but as soon as i hang up with one rep they call me from one of the other numbers with in 5 minutes calls stop for about half an hour then same numbers keep calling me back….. 8012107117, 5618292170, 9712089936, 8885991720, 2596063249, 9655728373, 4572837358 and a few numbers that come up unkown.  After heavy research on line all calls come from Tamil Nadu, Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, and Jkarkhand. (All cities in India) Sick of these calls..when they call they keep offering me info to go back to school or loans... i dont do any of this stuff on line have 4 great colleges in my area and lots of local banks if i was going to do any of this stuff.

Arabic gentleman says they are auto loan... Call every 20 minutes...  Tell them you have turned them in to the FCC, the calls get less and less...Finally told them they aren't even American, and they didn't call back...  SCAM....  Be cautious....

This number has called for the past two weeks and when I am in class. I am thinking it is a scam because they never leave a message.

I have gotten 3 calls in 94 minutes from this number. I requested my number to be removed from their list on the first call just to receive 2 more calls from them.

Who ever  is calling from this number stay quiet and then hang up. When called back it is someone with an accent.They call during anytime of the day, never leave a message. It must be a scam, just sick of it.

This person keep calling me I'm geting scare

Receive calls  approximately every hour on the hour.  It is very annoying.  With such modern technology calls like these should be shut down.

Got a couple calls from this number.  As stated before, they said their from Custom Offer Outlet.  I answered but didn't say anything and they hung up.  I called back and got a gentleman named "David" who asked if I were going to school within the next six months.  I asked him who his company was and he hung up.  I called back and got someone named "Jessica" and she said the same script.  I asked her who the company was and she tried to say her lines again; when I interrupted her, she told me in a terse tone to listen.  When I got terse with her she hung up.  The third time I called back I got a woman named "Jill" who seemingly had no clue what she was really talking about.  She said she was calling from overseas, then she said the company was based in Las Vegas, Nevada.  When I asked her how they were calling from a Florida number, she said that's the number they use.  I held back my laughter and asked for the Las Vegas number.  She placed me on hold and when the line was back open, I heard people arguing about what to say and what not to say and how to speak more "American".

HILARIOUS!!  I could do this all day.  LOL.

Great number for stress relief. The idiot calls me every hour so I call him every hour cussing him out plan to do it all night. He pissed off the wrong [***]. LOL!

QUIET don't WAKE THEM UP.. As for the FCC they could track down these scam artist without much effort
BUT there asleep at the wheel also.

I have received several phone calls from this phone# and do not know who they are. I need to report that in the same day they have called me 6 times within a four hour period. I did some research and find out that they are a scam. I need to have these phone calls stopped immediately.

They just called me and asked me if I was john. hahaha I am a female I don't think my voice has changed in my old age.

I have no idea who person or persons are..

please stop calling me Iam going to report this company to the better business bureau.
