AT&T scammer.  Lied about switching service.  Said rate would not change.  "AT&T's way of saying thank you", is what he said.  Next day AT&T said rate would go up $30.00/month.

Ashley kept calling from this number stating that she was a CenturyLink representative and would lower our bill.  We have caller ID on our business phones and I found it quite suspicious that on the caller ID it came up as "Customer Service" and that the number was from 561 area code.  I know for a fact that the 561 area code is for Palm Beach county Florida and that CenturyLink is not based in Palm Beach county, they do not even offer phone service in that county.

Ashley faxed over what looked like a legitmate deal, but the rates were wrong as were our additional "hunt lines".  Ashley also kept calling, which is something that no other phone company has ever done in the past 8 years of business...unless they trying to collect for a bill,

Not sure what they are selling as I told them to take a hike and I was on to them.  Did call the number back and all it said was Thank You for Calling Customer Service, from many calls to our phone provider I know for a fact that they say their business name several times in the recorded message, they also give you a lot of options other than dial the extension or wait for the next representative.
