This number calls me off and on and NEVER leaves me a message, so I know it is a Solicitor!

Called me, I never answered

Call is from Norwalk, CA.

From other sites, they say it's scammers trying to get credit card/bank info. So beware...

They called my cell phone even though I am on the Do Not Call list.  Recording said "This is 'Account Services' calling about your credit card.  There is nothing wrong with your credit card but you have a limited time to lower your rate.  Press 1 to speak to am operator."  I pressed 1 and an Asian-sounding person answered.  I asked the name of his company three or four times and he kept saying "K K K K K K K," but it was a bad connection.  I told him I was on the Do Not Call list and it was against the law for him to call me.  He said "There is no U.S. law about that."  I told him I was going to report him and hung up and blocked this number on my cell phone so he can't call me again and run up my minutes.

Just called on my cell.  No message.  Did not answer.  I will block the number.
