Wanted to set up a discount rate for calls to the Phillipines

This is a call center trying to sell something like Vonage. Calls to the Philippines.

I spoke to the person. She was trying to tell me about phone deals when calling to philippines. But she didnt even ask if i want the deal. Just asked me about my network. What deal i am on and said shes calling regarding some deal and say good bye and thank. Didnt sound like she wants to sell me something. Weird

i dont know who is calling.

No caller ID. Did not leave message.

Scam mail from Phillipines , they want to steal your phone information

Called 2 times so far to cell phone. Says Unknown Caller on the screen. I never answer Unknown Caller calls. I hit the Hang Up icon within the 2nd or third ring. I don't have voice mail so they can't leave annoying messages. They need to get lost.

this caller apparently called at 9:21pm whic h is far beyond the limit of 9pm on solicitation calls or collections or whatever they are permitted by law. Report not only company but also speaker...I talked with my Filipino family over there (USA to Philippines) and they told me there should never be solicitations from US based phone numbers calling
