Calling me over and over again harassing me and now they say I am not in their system and my number is not in their system!

An Indian man calls himself max morgan says hes an attorney and that I need to appear to the nearest courthouse for a lawsuit regarding non payment to American Payday (which I never had a loan through this company), Its a scam, I informed him I filed a police report regarding his phone calls yesterday gave him the sheriffs name and incident number regarding this fraud and he hung up. He has been calling us under another number which was (951)389-0290. I called the local police dept. fraud unit and made a report,

Got numerous calls from a "Derrick Miller" from 567-248-4335 with a heavy Indian accent telling me to return his call for an extremely urgent matter.  If he doesn't hear from me or my attorney the only thing he could do is "wish me a good luck as the situation totally unfolds on you".  I recently was almost scammed by a "Robert Wood" who was even more rude so my sensors immedialtely went up when I heard "Derricks" barely recognizible English.  Just tell them you have recorded the calls, reported them to the Police, and to put you on the Do-not-call List.  Check out the below link:

This company identifies itself as Frost and Jacobs Law Firm. It is an idiot that can barely speak english. He says his name is Michael Smidt...They have called my cell phone 7 times and left 4 very unintellidgible messages. They then called my work number and harrassed my employee into giving me the phone. I told him that if they do not remove my work number from their file and if they continue to harrass me at work, then I would file charges. I asked that all correspondance be in writing. They are jerks, and if they want anyone to take them seriously they need to hire people that can speak english....

I get calls everyday from this number on my cell phone, but they don't leave messages.  They left 4 messages at my office this week.  I finally called them back today and I spoke to a man "David Williams" with a heavy accent and he spoke poor english.  "David Williams" said that he was a lawyer for Frost and Jacobs law firm.  He tried telling that he represents USA cash advance and that I owed them 1200.  I do not have a loan through this company.  He threatened to forward this information to the sheriff's department in my town if I didn't pay today.  He even tried asking me how much my paycheck is. He even knows my home address and the last 4 digits of my SSN.
