Somebody is calling me to make a fraud.

IRS is suing me. Told me to call this number

I received a phone call from this number, and the caller on the other end was a man with a thick Indian accent. He claimed he was with the IRS. When I asked for verification of this claim, he responded "I can come to your house and f*ck you, would you like that darling?"

Some Indian guy left me a vm msg which I didn't understand, so I called back.
He stated he was with the IRS and that I was being sued by the IRS for FRAUD.
Read me a bunch of codes and stated that the IRS wanted payment because I was found guilty, and they had proof of me committing fraud!
They did an audit from 2008 - 2013 and that I owed $1,300.
I had to make a payment today otherwise the FBI was going to arrest me tomorrow @ 10am!
When I said I couldn't he got nasty & rude with me when I kept asking questions...
Told me to be quiet and he'll speak in English so I can understand better...
Told him not to be disrespectful & rude to me!!!
Said that he was sending the FBI to arrest me tomorrow @ 10am. And hung up!

Made a few phone calls and I was told it was a fraud!!!

When I called back, this time I blocked my number...
He answered the phone differently...
So I told him, hello Mr IRS man...
How does it feel not to know who's on the other end???

I will be contacting the FBI with this info.

Got the same call twice this morning.  Called back to tell him to stop calling.  He asked for my name but I refused to give it to him.  I also informed him that the name of the IRS is the Internal Revenue Service, not "Internal Revenue Services".  He didnt want to hear it and kept hanging up on me.

This number has called me several times a day for the past week. It is an Indian accented man claiming that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. He urges me, "from the second I get the call", to call back. Then threatens that if I don't call back that he wishes me good luck as the situation unfolds. It is annoying and I want it to stop.

They called me a couple of times today and gave me the same spiel.  I actually went as far as sounding scared and offered to give them a credit card number.  Thats when they needed to transfer me to a different department.  Then they figured out I was pulling there legs.  I then repeatedly called them back over 15 times, they refused to answer.  They messed with the wrong guy, I'm going to aggravate them as they have aggravated all of us and I urge ya'll to do the same.

It was a partial message ending with:  if you don't call me back, I wish you luck.

same stuff as you all got....  IRS lawsuit blah, blah, blah.

he having the police come get me tomorrow I guess...

I just got the same call. 5 minutes ago. I'm surprised this number is still in use. I reported it to IRS and posted on a few sites.  Same person as described in first post. Heavily accented, bad English calling and saying I'm being sued by IRS.

Has called 4 times today. Says to call back "from the second I get the call". Finishes by saying that if I don't call the only thing he can say is good luck as my situation unfolds.
