some guy about a "free" pain cream.

Keep getting calls from this # 570 236-6306 it says cell phone cell phone PA (but the girl informed me she was actually in New York)and the recorded message states don't hang up not a marketing call. Then says something about a pain cream that is sent free of charge click 1 if I want to verify address or  2(I think) to inform my health care provider that I am refusing this medication. So I pushed 1 and got Gabriel who said she was with health advisors, and just needed to verify my info. Stupid me I did, my address, my ins ID #,  my doctors zip code and name, of course they were able to pull up the Drs address.  I was unable to find a BIN # which they needed to process request, they said it should be on my insurance card or prescription bottle. It was not, so they asked me to call my Dr and get it from him and they would call me back. Please tell me I didn't mess up with my identity big time?!?!?!

"DON'T HANG UP..."  It was a robo call!

they are trying to get insurance card information to be able to bill your insurance for "FDA appoved" topical pain medication. (Most likely fraudulent billing of the insurance company).  They say the company is "health advisers" (which doesn't seem to exist from the searches I have done) but that they are just a call center for it so they do not have information on the company or its location.

Persistent scam call.

I do believe I would be calling my insurance and letting them know that you didn't order this and don't want it.. and let them know that you gave out that information so that they can be watching for something like that to come through.  I would be worried, yes. ;)

Never EVER give out your information.  Call your health care provider now and report this scam.

This number calls me once a day.  I do not answer the phone and they have not left a message so far.
I see from the other people reporting, that this is a scam to defraud health insurance companies.
Wish there were some way I could block this number on my VOIP service provider.

It's a shame you've NEVER heard all those warnings about not giving out personal info to random strangers who call and ask for it! And....I suppose it's too much to expect that you at least had the sense to call your doctor(s) and your insurance company to tell them what you did. Damage control.

Received a call from this number today. I didn't answer because the number was not familiar to me. No message was left. This is what answering machines are for. It's a shame (and I can certainly tell from reading some of the previous posts) that in 2014 there are still folks who are clueless about the functions of an answering machine. If you are seriously so  lonely that you are compelled to answer random calls like this then I suggest that you call your mom, your dad, a sibling, relative or friend who probably misses you and would love to hear from you. And if there is no one who misses you maybe it's because you are a dumbass....

Keep getting this call....but no one is answering. It keeps hanging up. Don't know what to do here, the number is 570-236-6306.

Apparently plenty is wrong with her. Especially since she is asking us to tell her that she DIDN'T make a mistake by GIVING PERSONAL INFO TO STRANGERS! Really, who does that? She wants us to lie to her just like the scammers are doing. Pathetic. BTW, I got another call from this number twenty minutes ago. I didn't feel that sad need to answer but felt drawn to revisit THIS site. It's way more entertaining than answering random phone calls. Apparently, I too, am pathetic!

I got a call from 5702366306 a little while ago.  I didn't answer, but it connected as a fax.  The connection was made, but surprise, surprise . . . no fax came thru.

Well, live and learn.  You obviously have caller ID and probably voice mail through your phone company (or your own answering machine) to screen calls further.  Plus, don't ever give out personal information to a caller but only to someone you know and called yourself.
