i received a call from this number fwd to a cell went to voicemail someone named heidi of richard bale agency . why someone would be calling me from that number I'm unsure and they never leave a message. first time i called it went to a mobile phone and the person rejected my call then the ultimate fwd to a voicemail came on.

The number called my number (570-350-1259) which is pre-paid and a cell phone. The other end was a recording (?) of a gentleman asking if I wanted to take part in a survey about "issues affecting pennsylvania." I leave the recording up in the air because the voice sounded live, but attempts to cut him off failed and as soon as the word "No" left my lips it hung up without another word. Cell phones last I checked are banned by law from receiving unsolicited calls, so I would like at the very least to have my number added to a do-not-call if it isn't already.

They called for a political survey. Answered 2 questions and they said thank you. That was it.
