This belongs to American Credit & Collections in PA. They are a poorly run organization with seemingly no regard for the law.

You keep calling my cell phone # looking for someone that is not me---PLEASE TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keeps calling my 12 year old daughters new cell phone # despite us telling them to STOP.

I am not who this person is stop calling me.

This message is for Gregory Pearson. Call 5707068800.(Gregory Pearson does not own and has not owned the number he called for several years.)  I called the number from a different phone and the black gentleman asked are you calling from the number that we called? I said what place is this and he said that they represent several businesses. When I told him that this was not the number they called, he hung up. I tried a call again and he continued to hang up.

I had cricket and the name these people call for used to be on my caller id. I kept the same number when I transferred my service to sprint and started getting calls from these [***]. I finally called back, and the man was deliriously rude. I dont know who they are, but he hung up on me too. I was asking for them to stop calling me, that this was not the right number and they said, "ok yes, we will, but can we speak to Rachel scott please for two seconds?" I said I am not her, and they persisted, "you are Rachel Scott, that's what shows up on my caller id" I said, that's not what shows up on my bill, stop calling me. Lets see if they stop. Is there anything law enforcement can do if they continue to call me?

I have the same problem as all of you, continual harassment, I am not the person they are looking for. They have called for quite some time despite my requests to stop.

Have turned their harassing phone number over to our state's attorney general.

I have been called about 4 to 5 times. I get a voice message that says it is only for my name call us back we have a message to give you. We cant leave you a message on your voice mail. I have called them back and I say who is this? They hang up. I call them back and they want me to say my number. Then they hang rudely. 560-706-8800. Who are these people and what gives them the right to leave scarey voice messages on my phone.

Please respect the privacy of others and when you think its funny to call people and not leaving a logically reason for your call!!!!!! Who is paying you to do this and dont you have anything better to do with your time. Who are you and what do you want from these people who have families and sceduals. I say to this group mind your own buisness and take all these people off your call list it is not going to do your scam any good because people already dont trust you whoever you are????!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds to me that someone is playing a mind twisting game till someone catches on. Maybe the Fbi needs to look into this number. There is no address to this number so they will need to get scared enough to change it!!!!!!!! Well the FBI is smart to trace peoples voices now and that is why I give advice to people to not answer massages that are recorded the scammers can not be caught.
Phone harrasement is against the law and it is sad people cant find anything better to do with thier time. Maybe this company needs to back off!!!!!

Well change your phone number how hard is that????? Ignore them. Someone wants attention !   Will you let these folks control your day and ruin your happiness????? Your life has far more value then to be treated with disrespect by people that cant respect your life and your peace of mind!!!! So lets all try to find out who they are but at the same time who cares!!!!!!!! Let is go and get a new number!!!!!

Ok, these people have been repeatedly calling my home, AND now my cell phone. They are getting old account information from somewhere. They are and have been reporting negatively to my credit report for an account that was paid off long ago. I'm not sure how they are getting the debt info, but it's wrong. My debt was from Labcorp Inc, for bloodwork that my Health Insurance was refusing to pay, after 90 days, Labcorp Inc turned it over to collection. I paid it myself immediately (have the carbon copy of the check), and 5 months later, finally got my money back from the Health Insurance Company that we had at that time. ALSO, I do some research, Labcorp Inc ONLY uses 3 collection agencies. CCS (Credit Collection Services), AMCA (American Medical Collection Agency) or Oxford Managment. I'm unsure how this company has aquired my information, it was NOT legitimately I can assure you of that. And as rude as the fellow was that has been calling me, I'd not be surprized of this was some sort of scam to collect on very old debts that people have forgotten about.... My debt was from Feb of 03'. Not sure who these people are, but they are definately unfriendly AND they ARE reporting to my credit report, not for much longer, but they are still doing damage to my credit score. BEWARE these RUDE and OBNOXIOUS jerks. I've gotten all my account info together showing that it's paid off etc, etc. Monday morning I'm going to the Better Business Bureau to file complaints and then the Police station to file charges of Harrassment and Slander. My lawyer assures me that this can be taken care of if I follow the right steps. These people have gotten out of control and need to be dealt with in their own manner. Ding, Ding... I don't know how they expected to collect a debt and wouldn't even give me any kind of company information, name, number, contact info of any kind. Suspicion drove me to research. Good luck to you all, if these people call you threatening you, the Better Business Bureau is the first office you want to contact. Be sure that you still owe the debt before you pay it! My debt was a very old account and had already been PAID!

This number repeatedly calls and when anyone answers they say"if you are so~and~so please press 9"...after listening to "canned music" for 20 minutes...I HUNG UP! quit calling unless there is a REAL person on the other end!

Someone call me from saying they were a credit debt, and that I need to pay a $92.00 co-payment from 2003.  I contacted my doctor and no such information was sent to this agency and that i didn't owe anything to the doctor office.

You sound as ignorant as the people calling!
