This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They inform the caller that they have been selected to participate in a survey, and in exchange for the survey, if they qualify, they will be given 0% interest on their credit card debt. However, the caller refuses to provide a non-toll-free phone number when asked, and refuses to provide a physical address when asked, both required by the TCPA. They do provide a web address, but the address provided is for a domain that is not registered. This is clearly a phishing scam trying to get people's credit card information or personally identifiable information. Do not provide this scammer any information.

They called me again today, too.  I blocked their number after their first call.  Is there anyone left in the world who hasn't heard about "Card Services"?  Hopefully, that dog don't hunt no more.

Another scam call, 970-983-3206 is calling to steal what little we haveleft  of personal property. The way to fix this annoying problem of scam-callers and telemarketers is to vote AGAINST every politician who is currently in office.  Why?  Because we already have laws to protect us from these scammers, and the incompetent career politicians who are currently in office have done nothing to enforce the laws we sent them to enforce.  You can make a difference on Primary and General Election Days by voting against EVERY politician in office, by firing them all, and by replacing them with new blood.  If you do not fire these political morons, we will continue to receive these abusive and annoying illegal scam calls from the maggots known as telemarketers, a product of the career politicians who aren't doing the jobs we hired them to do.  So you're aware of it, the Republicans introduced legislation three times over the past two years to stop these unwanted robo-scam calls, but Democrats including Nancy Pelosi in the House and Harry Reid in the Senate stopped it.  Please be a true American and vote against ALL incumbents!

"Carmen" calling (I was so used to past calls from "Rachel" and "Bridget" but I'm always glad to hear from "Carmen"... N O T) after recently assuring me, "...consider this your final notice..." and even after telling me I didn't qualify for their "lower your rate" offer because I pay my credit cards off in full each month.

Of course they ignore the Federal Do Not Call list, which certainly tells us something about their business ethics, doesn't it?

It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate. Please consider this your final notice. Press the number 1 now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Or press the number 3 to discontinue further notices. Thank you. Have a great day." [7 second pause] "Goodbye.

This appears to be a Phising Scam.

Prior number used was (570) 983-3796.

And I bet the number is phoney,they use multiple numbers,and use local old cell phone numbers. These are Nigerian terrorist groups. They even called me on my home phone and Caller ID was my number. next time they call I use my Pakistanian voice and answer :Customer service"..... click

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They inform you that you have been selected for a reduced interest rate and reduced payments on your credit card, you just have to verify some information. However, they refuse to provide a non-toll-free phone number when asked, stating (falsely) that no businesses have non-toll-free phone numbers. When asked for a physical address, the operator answers, "Go **** yourself in your ******g *** you f*****," and hangs up. This is clearly just a scam trying to get personal information and credit card information, as 100% of legitimate businesses will gladly provide a phone number and address - and since it is required that they do so when asked under the TCPA. Do not provide these phishers any personal information.

Come on people, do your part for your fellow man, string these guys along. Most seem to speak indistinctly so ask for them to repeat what they said, give them phony responses.  

NB: for the Indian "your computer is sending out error messages" people. Some where in you conversation suggest that they are a "dalit" , ask if they are the famous "dalit dailers"?  It can really ring their chimes.

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. they further violation the TCPA by not having an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message when the phone is answered without an operator to pause or stop the recording and answer questions. They compound their violation by refusing to provide a phone number or physical address when asked. Their recording claims that you are eligible for a reduction on your credit card rates and fees. The recording also falsely claims that this is your second (no, they call a lot) and final (probably not, as they keep calling) notice. This is clearly a scam, as any legitimate business would gladly provide the phone number and address when asked, and would not violate the TCPA by calling numbers on the do not call list and playing a recording without an operator on the line to answer questions. Do not provide this scammer any information.

This number calls every night. I asked them to remove me off their list.  He told me not  and he he told me to shut up and hung up
