571-364-0368

I have Charter cable, but they always contact me through a 888 number. Once when I was changing services and I took back one of the digital boxes to the store and got a receipt. I got a call from 571-364-0368, with "CHARTER" on the Caller ID, and this gravely voiced guy asked me if I needed to return any equipment? He knew precisely what I had. He said he could send someone to pick it up. I told him I already dropped it off.
Now I get calls, about once a week from this number, no one on the line. No answer when I try to call back. I watched a special on PBS about the Snowden leak, and he confirmed the old gossip, that intelligence agencies are indeed installing tracking tech into cable boxes and modems. So maybe this is the NSA trying to get their spygear back?

Same thing happens to me but they call everyday......says charter on the caller ID but it is not!!!!!!! I live in W.I. as well.

Have been receiving numerous calls per day from this number.  When answered, it just hangs up.

I get this as well (1-571-364-0368) after removing my TV service 3 months ago & going to dish, still have phone & internet, thing is no one answers when you pick up so now I never answer it & they never leave any messages. I get 2-3 calls daily & on a do not call list as well from & from WI. I guess being their customer the do not call does not eliminate them from calling. Very annoying. Can't wait until google or someone else comes into the area & kicks them to the curb. Always something with their service outages as well. getting fed up with these calls.
