Number called threatening with warrant for tax evasion.  We do not owe taxes.

Just received a call from a person with an accent threatening us with a warrant for our arrest for tax evasion.  Since we know we do not have this problem, I am assuming this is a scam.

I just got the same call! It was a guy with an Indian accent.

Missed a call from this number 571-418-8467. Guy with accent threatening a warrant for my arrest for an outstanding tax debt.  I don't owe any outstanding tax debt.  This is a scam.  I tried calling the number back and it rings once or twice then goes to busy signal then disconnects.  I wish there was a way to trace these scumbags.

I just got the same message. I also do not owe any money to the IRS.

Missed a call from (571) 418-8467.  Someone with an accent was threatening to have me arrested for tax fraud.  Called the number back and all I got was a busy signal.  This person claimed to be from the IRS.

We received the same message as described from the number (571) 418-8467.  
He had an accent and threatened us with a tax warrant for our arrest due to tax evasion / fraud.

Fraudulent call...will terrify people.

Just got off the phone with them and they were wanting me to take the cash to rite aid and my debt would be cleared.......LOL

Received several calls from the same number. I called him back and when I asked for his supervisor he started cussing me out. I told him he sounded like a phony and he cuss some more and said it was a new day for the IRS.

Don't even worry about this number. It is a SCAM! Happened to me a few years ago. It's a way for some unknown source to threaten the crap out of you when really IT IS A SCAM. Tell them to remove your number or you will report them. I thought about what this was 3 years ago...and I think it's money being sent to some very shady people.

I'll bet Rite Aide would like to hear about this!  Thanks for the Treasury numbers and web address. We just listened to the message.  What a joke.  Guy must have just got his first cell phone........

Same thing, same guy...I am in California and have gotten 3 or messages from this P-O-S over the past month or so.  Between this kind of stuff and the endless donation, political, etc calls make me want to disconnect my land line for good !
