Got a call on my cellphone from that number at 7:53 pm EST. When I answered they hung up.

We got a call 8:18 PM EST March 18th.

Name showed up on caller-id as "ENTERPRISE" - AND NO I don't think it's the rental car dealership.

Got a call 1:38 PM CST March 21st, 2010. "Unknown caller" (so I didn't pick up). Lately I've received other calls like this from different numbers (374 and 301 area codes).

Caller ID just displayed "Washington DC" - left no message but a return call identified the number as Merit Research - market research data collection - They indicated that they are exempt from the DNC list but have there own dont call list...

Did not answer.....no message...first time they have called me

8:17pm 3 rings and hang up. ID says VA, USA on my CELL PHONE!

I got this and I'm pretty sure it's enterprise rental car, they told me I may receive a phone survey.

but to note, I was not at the phone when the call came in, ha.

Pretty sure you are right about the rental.  I received a call earlier this evening and did not answer, but I did rent a vehicle from National (a sister-store to Enterprise) a few days ago.  A survey call would not surprise me.

I got a call from 5714311844 while I was talking to someone else on the phone.  Who ever it was, they did not leave a voice message.  I did rent a car 4 days ago from Alamo.

they called today on my cell phone the id says the call was from virginia i lived in canada quebec so i anserd and a girl ask for me in french so i said wrong number cause i dont know who the hell are these people!!!

Actually, it is Enterprise Rent A Car.  More specifically, a market research firm called Maritz that they hire to follow up with people who have rented.  It's quite harmless.  After about two attempts at reaching you, they'll stop calling.

its maritz research company, my lil sis works there, they do surveys to find out if you enjoyed the service from enterprise car rental. they got call centers all over the us and canada

I am a regular Enterprise Car Rental company customer so and received a call display with this number. Must be whay y'all are saying about the survey.

Got to be Enterprise Rent-a-Car because I rented from them two days ago. i didn't answer the call but, I was curious who it was. Makes sense now after reading the above comments.

It's a marketing firm that collects customer satisfaction data for businesses (i.e. Enterprise Rental Car company).  If you wish to be removed from their Do-Not-Call list, then call 1-800-864-8601 and leave your telephone number with the automated system.

I just rented a vehicle from Enterprise and got a call from this number. They didn't leave a message.
