I keep getting calls from this number saying they are process servers. I told them I don't know the person they are looking for and it is not me. I have explained this twice to the caller and it doesn't seem to make any difference. They are looking for a man and I am not a man. Just because you share a last name doesn't mean you know everyone with that last name. I called this number back and it says it is disconnected. How can that be it was 10 minutes after they called me.

Received 2 call from 5732603439 .  Hung up 2nd time  First time said they wanted to know if we have policy for employees about process servers.

these are debt collectors who are violating the FDCPA in many different ways.  I wont go into the LONG list but my intentions are to file a small claims suite against them for each of the 5 violations they the committed during their phone call to me.

Are you able to share the viloations they commited?  I am not familar with what is and is not allowed with debt collectors.  This number calls me like 10 times a day and I have been ignoring the call...

So I get this call and the caller had indicated that they are a process server and needs to know if someone is going to be there from the tomorrow from the hours of 9 am and 4 pm. I asked them what address they have on file. He indicated that he does not have that information. How can a "process server" not have the address on file. Secondly since when do "they" contact you over the phone. I hung up on him. He attempted to call twice and and on the 2 nd call he left a voice mail. His voice mail was "here is the information you requested 1-877-605-5414." Ummm...."OKAY!" lol!  Going to call them next......LOL

Yup.  Got the call a few minutes ago. She (youngish) wanted to let me know I was being served legal papers tomorrow.  Asked if this was a business number.  I only asked who they were looking for and she gave a middle eastern sounding name. I said Thank God - you don't want me. Hung and am now waiting for another call (according to your comments).

Called on 8/1/2011 at 10:25 a.m. claiming he was from a legal process server center and was given my number as a contact for a woman named Ellen (HELEN?) Alcorn. I hung up and he had the nerve to call back and say "I believe you hung up on me". Asked my name and I refused, instead asking his to which he replied Dean Matthews, which is most likely fake. Hung up on him again. Was probably going to try to get my Social Security number to "clear me".

I keep getting calls on my Google voice from this number.  Jokes on them.  I never answer that phone.

They called my mom and said if I don't contact them in 24 hours I would be served. At work and on the same day called my ex husband's ex wife before and told her they would place a warrant for my arrest if I didn't call them

keep getting the call from this number and the same msg from several other numbers telling me they have my bank records soc. sec. number copy of my drivers license names of associates and family members!! they never tell me who they are - it's always a recording too - very scary and threatening bcs they claim to have all my info!! they call from many different numbers but always say to call 716 748 6062 and cant' find anything on that number either! sick of this!
