Called my work phone at 5-10-08 at 10:33am. Left no message.

called my cell at 1:11pm on 4-6-09 and left no message

the number is account management

Account managment for who?  I could not get her (Ashley) to tell me without verifying personal information, which I won't do unless I know who I am talking to.

I get calls from them but no message on my cell phone. How do they get our information?

Called 9-23-09 Ashley could not tell me who she was with out verifying who I was, turns out she is a debt collector in Columbia MO doing collections for city and medical agencies.

Just got a call to my cellphone looking for a relative of mine   I asked her how she got this number but they wouldn't tell me how they got my number the woman sounded like a broken record "it's personal between them and my relative"
I told her I didn't care about that I just wanted to know how they got my private number but all she would say was the same old line "it's personal" . How is this legal?

Caller would not give me any information until I verified my information. I refused to provide any information until she told me who she was and what it was regarding. She stated she would just contact me by mail and hung up.

Somebody said these scammers are LEGIT ??!
*They* are placing the calls and then not identifying themselves or not leaving an explanation why they called, or not even having someone respond on *their* end.   There's nothing legitimate about that.  We need more tar and more feathers.

This is Account Management Services, or if you receive a bill in the mail, you won't see a return address. They are very sneaky about getting you to talk to them. They are a service that essentially buys out medical bills from hospitals, for a fraction of what is owed, and they aggressively come after you for the full amount. It is, in a way, a legal way to screw people. NEVER GIVE THEM PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND ONCE THEY HAVE CALLED, PROGRAM THE NUMBER INTO YOUR PHONE SO THAT YOU KNOW IT'S THEM AND DO NOT ANSWER!

Called my cell number numerous times but no mesage left.  When I returned the called and asked who they were the lady on the other end of the line refused to identify herself or the place that I called back.  I requested the name of the company several time and every time the lady refused to tell me the name of the company. RUDE!

573-256-1013, this number has  been calling me at least 5x's per day. Last week when I answered some lady asked me if I was ____ and I said who are you, she said Im not telling you until you verify your address, name and DOB. and she kept referring to my name as being "He" or "him" to which I replied I am a female....she refused to give me the name of her company without verifying my personal information....to which I replied "Only Scammers and terrorist ask a person for their personal info over the phone and neither will get it from me, and Im turning them into the secretary of state here in MO. If they are reading this....burn in hell rude bit*hes!!!!!

Debbie Called Me today,  hung up when she told me "it's personal" after asking her who she was with.

This number called my cell asking for my husband. Her name was 'Annette', and she would not disclose any info until I released info, which of course I would not do. I told her I am not verifying anything, and she said, "Uh, ok, well I thank you very much".

Some clown named claiming his name was Trent called.  Refused to identify the purpose of his call or his company. Wanted to verify if he had my correct address. I told him that I did not give that information to unsolicited calls.  

He merely repeated that he wanted to verify the information. I told him I had another call coming so I'm hanging up.  

Judging from the other comments, it is probably some scam. Legal debt collectors are required to identify themselves as such.

5732561013 some female named "melissa" called me today asking for me,I didn't know the number or a melissa so I asked if ishe could leave a msg and she said no then I hung up.I called right back to see who was going to pick up and a man answered the phone.I said I had got a call from this number and he asked me what my cell was.I said wait,WHAT COMPANY IS THIS and this jack*** told me he couldn't tell me unless he verified my cell number.I HUNG THE F UP n tried to look the number up and that's how I got here :)
