This person called me by the name of Charles informing me that I should get an attorney but did not informed me of their company name of the reason for the call.  I called the number back and there was no answer.  They have an indian accent, not able to understand them.

said that they file legal action

This person called me at this number.  I believe they are scamers. Used the name of Charles.  Have a heavy accent.  Their are a lot of people with the heavy accent doing this. 573 693 2884.

i have been getting calls from this number alot saying that i need to contact them or have my attorney contact them. has an India accent. does not say what it is about.

Received a voicemail from this number advising me I should obtain an attorney.  Who are these people it's almost as if they are reading from a script.   Indian accent Mr Charles whoever you are.  

Keeps calling said I'm avoiding them and need to call immediately if not they can only wish me the best of luck when have you ever met an Indian name Charles sure its just a scam

I got this call at my job today after they called my cell phone with same number twice (one behind the other) left a message - yeah name Charles but sound indian - said I have to contact my attorney - but when I returned the call from work (trunk number) he would not give me the name of the company - of course he is not pronouncing my name correctly anyway - he got upset when I said where you calling from- and hung up  

a company that called me today and said that if I didn't give them money within 45 min. they would have the sheriffs arrest me and put me into jail for $679.51  believe this is to be a scam wanted money on a green Dot money pack card instead of my account

I got a call from 573-693-2884 on my cell number and at my job.  The guys name is Charles Hendrick and he had an Indian Accent and couldn't even pronouce my name correctly.  He wanted to know if I new that there was a law suit against me and he wanted to give me the case number.  He also wanted to know my social security number.  I told him that this is a scam and that I was going to report him....then he hung up.  Then I called him back and asked him the name of his law firm and he told me that it was Ceasar Law firm and I asked him where they were located and he said at my house and if I wanted to come.....I called him an [***] and then he called me an [***] and then I hung up on him.  

Indian accent but named Charles. Warned me to get a lawyer but no details about where he works or why I need a lawyer.

THIS # 5736932884 Has been calling me, but won't say for what keep asking me,i ask why are you calling me ?he switch to someone else that try to intimidate me saying i have a legal case unless i send money,i tell him to serve me send the papers or the police then he hangs up

Can any provide information on this number I am getting the same calls like the ones reported. Any updated information would be great

Just got a call yesterday from this Charles Hendrick at 573-693-2884 telling me that I needed a lawyer and I needed to call him back immediately. I haven't called him back nor will I, its a scam.

This same number has been calling me all day. The douche on the line said his name was Dereck Anderson and I had a case pending against me. I told him he was a scammer and asked for details on this lawsuit . He told me he wished me luck when they show up at my doorstep with a subpoena . I hung up and he's called back several times. He has a thick Indian accent and was obviously reading from a script.

Guy called my office with accent looking for one of my employees and gave name Derrick Anderson and number 573-693-2884.  Said my employee needed to call him immediately regarding a legal matter.  I pushed for more information and he was rude then hung up.  This was at 7:08PM EST and there was noise of many people in the background

Got the call again..first on cell,then work #.Charles Hendrick...lawsuit against me,will call my job  blah blah..Well,knucklehead,you're talking to me on my job phone....I said give me you're number and I'll have my lawyer call you.Scam scam...scam..I should call them back and pretend to be an Indian with my New York Italian self!

I keep getting a call from this same number listed above. The individual states his name is Chales Hendrix for the Cesar Law Office.  He stated he will be contacting the Attorney General and a subpoena will be issued. I asked what is it for. They couldn't really tell me why but that I needed to get a lawyer and good luck to me.  I insited that I must know. An affadavit was read to me about some uscash loan company. I was like IDK what your are talking about. These two individuals were not American the other individual's name was Jay Harper.  I hope these people are caught and dealt with.  This is scary and crazy. There is no such office as Ceaser Law office.

Piece of crap scam artist named Charles Hendrick called me and left a message, said my attorney or I didn't call him back in a timely manner, he wished me good luck. Indian or Pakistani?

This is a scam. This person is impersonating Charles Hendrix and is NOT part of Cisar Law Firm. He is in India and is part of a scam. Do not fall for this. Do not give him ANY information. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! THIS IS A SCAM. HE IS NOT A LAWYER!
