i recieved a bill for 2 interactive services recieved from 57782.
i do not want any interactive services nor did i respond in any way and to my knowledge solicit such services.

please STOPALL.

I got a message if you don't respond you get charged is this not illegal!!

i recieved a text message from this number saying,NEW TONE SHONTELLE T SHIRT TEXT FRESH TO THIS MESSAGE TO GET YOUR TONE.SERVICE BY WWW.SONNERIER.COM,200P/MONTH STOP TO STOP.it charged me two pounds just to recieve it.i phoned o2 customer care to ask them how and why this happened and they told me to text stop which i did and it cost me ten pence.they were most unhelpful and told me that i would have to change my number if i wanted to avoid this again or phone 08712230000 to end it.why should i have to do this when i never even heard of these people let alone text them.we are on a low income and i cant afford all this.they stole from me plain and simple.o2 were of no help whatsoever.

also forgot to mention that i am currently unemployed and dont get a lot of money why do they do this to people GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Ho wcan these people debit an account without authorisation?  Banks required signatures to debit accounts.  The same rules should apply.

This company are a shower of thieves. I did not subscribe to any of their sevices and they sent me unwanted texts which i was charged for. The directors of this company should be imprisoned.

I also had a £1.70 charge on my bill from 57782 - I called 0871 223000 and was told that the company responsible was Sonnerier. I contacted them on 0845 8693452 and spoke to 'Scott' who without question said he would send me a postal Order for the £1.70 and that the service would be canceled. I couldn't find out how they got my number though. I wonder how many thousands of people don't scrutinize their bill and just pay this charge. Enough to make it worth their while anyway!

how do cancel my subscribtion

i got a message and it robbed my credit i want to cancel that subscribtion

I recieved a message and got charge £2 .. I don't want this service!!!! so don't text me!

I got a text during May (from 57782) and didn't think nothing of it as I thought you had to reply to be charged!  I got my bill and I was charged £1.70!!!!
I have emaileed them on the emails above and told them I have reported them to the police.  I have also contacted O2 for a refund.

I can't believe we can be charged to receiving text messages!!  It's theft!

I got a text today from this number and have been charged £2.00 for the privilege of reading it. I have never subscribed to this and would like to know why they were allowed to steal money from me. How do I claim this back? How can I stop this from happening again? Should I report this to someone?

I got my second text today and I am also being charged £1.70 for this crap.  I will take the advice above and contact them for a refund.  This should be illegal how can this be allowed to go on!!!!

i receive many messages from these number but i never replayed, i deleted every time, but they tax me with 2.50 euro per mess
what can i do to stop this problem???
