Got a call stating it was regarding a complaint they received. Said her name was Amy Fischer.

I also got the same thing..two days in a rpw about a conplaint and that they wanted me to call my legal counsel or SOMETHING like that...WHAT THE HELL?!?!?

Got the same call, called them back to inquire stating that they were filing criminal charges against me for intent to defraud a financial institution and misrepresentation of identity. Stating it all stemmed from a wire transfer or pay day loan I requested in 2009. They had my incorrect address stating they had sent a subpoena to the wrong address on July 3rd, never asked me for my correct address or anything. Told me they had traced my ip address, and see as how I was not at the address in 2009 how could I have done it. The guy proceeded to interogate me asking me if I did not request it who did? I finally told him enough I was not waiving my right to council and they wanted my attorney's name I told him I was not giving him that information and hung up. What right do these people have to call us out of the blue?

got a call ( voice mail) from this number. Woman did not name whom she wanted to speak to. Stated I was party to some legal issue. Call blah blah. No mention of name or who was at risk. I owe nothing. No credit cards or loans . Bogus

I've had several phone calls from this number and I've asked them to stop calling me several times of the day. Now they're coming every day I've asked them to stop calling me and if they didn't I was going to report them. I'm on the do NOT call list but they're still calling me.

I have also received several calls from this company, stating the same thing. They didn't have a current address. This is obviously a scam.

I get calls everyday from a rep at NCG stating that a complaint has been filed against me.

I have received many many calls since the 11th from 580-215-6819. Numerous voicemails were left about a complaint that was going to be filed against me. Finally talked to a Lady today. Her name was Amy Fisher. Stated its a criminal complaint and threatening me with jail time up to a year. Was from a payday loan that i didn't pay from 2012. I did get a payday loan in 2012, I just double checked the account status and it still says "paid in full".  I told her this sounded like scam she replied with "if that's what you think we will move forward and you will receive subpoena in the mail within the next week and that I would be responsible for all court fees" etc etc.... we'll see if she continue to call or not.
