no name, blocked number. any ideas?

they called me last night and twice today already. no message left so i wont answer.

This number called me this afternoon. It's Sallie Mae (as one commenter stated).

is a SCAM, call Sallie Mae at original 1800 number. DON'T give any info to them!

This number calls me about 3-4 times a day. I will not answer.

Calls 3-4 times a day, requests SSN to verify account, requests address, requests full name, requests Account Number.--
Phisihing for information--informed caller to contact me via snail mail on their records as no information would be passed via phone or eMail. States they are Sallie Mae Education loan servicing  Bill Collector??  appears to be --Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Section 809(b): Validating Debts:  violations

I have sent paperwork twice regarding the fact that I am unemployed but Sallie Mae won't acknowledge it! Certified letter is my next step. Idiots! When I dealt with Direct Loan I never had problems like this.

Keeps calling for a kosia bowen , am going to file federal complaint against Sallie Mae and kosia bowen for giving a false contact number but don't know what good it will do with these big libs in the DOJ ,its one of there own and you know they don't hand out justice equally but only by race, have requested they stop calling several times to no avail,they are now breaking the law !! it's hard to stop these socialist once they sink there teeth into you but I will not fail on my complaint as I stand on the constitution and won't let these leftist stop me. Sounds a little over the top I know but when it happens to you then you'll know my frustration to see this great country fundamentally transformed in front of our very eyes as promised by Hussein Obama , can't believe the whole country fell for his bull s hit , TWICE !! Student loan program is nothing but indoctrination for liberalism and the redistribution of wealth for the lazy

You were perfectly happy to take advantage of a student loan program that is strongly supported by the left and if you don't pay back your loan than maybe you fall into that "lazy" segment.

Um, the Democrats are the ones trying to reform the student loan program and get us some relief. It's the Republicans and their buddies on Wall Street and the private education industry who like things as they are. How about you pull your head out of the Fox News bubble?
