this number keeps calling me and doesnt leave a msg

This number constantly calls me and never leaves a message

calls me everyday...hello this is Marybeth...this call is for Lorie...if this is Lorie ...press this number...if not ...leave a message

These calls are from EXCELLUS. They cannot leave a msg since they are health related and can only speak to the insured party. If you are getting wrong number calls from them, then press buttons letting them know you are not (example) "David". They are short questionnaire calls about some health condition your insurer, Excellus, knows of and these calls are a preventative to assist patients and I'd imagine trying to keep people out of the ER. Anyway, if you ever answer any of them (which I have before), it asks re: my asthma, etc. Then it'll give a number if you need to call and speak to a patient rep. Btw, I classified these calls as event reminders since that came the closest. I'd imagine people don't answer because they start out & sound like debt collector calls

I answer the call but I am not going to enter my personal information, as the recording directs me to, because I have no way of knowing who is on the other end of the phone and if it is a scam to phish for information.  I do not give out any information of that nature to a random incoming caller.
