Most of the time there is no one on the other end when their auto-dialer calls, and I am working to find out the contact information for their paid fundraiser so that their principals can be contacted directly and this tele-harassment is put to an end.

Received a call from this number the caller ID was EFLS. When I answered there was just a dail tone.

Same thing here.  When I answered, I got a dial tone.  Call was at 7:50 pm

Caller ID show EFLS when they call. After the third ring, they're gone, but even when I pick up before that, no one is ever on the other end. This is simply a PITA!

Thanks very much for your explanation of this number.  It is very helpful.  I have received one call a day for over seven days now.  They never leave a message except today which is an empty message.  Probably their dial was over 4 rings and was picked up by my voice box.  Thanks again,

Just picked up a call from these folks - wanting donations for Troops overseas -- not really 100% sure of the organization it was for.
