I have no idea who this Mark Rosenberg is. But, he left me a message on November 26 stating that he's the director at Check Systems and has been appointed as mediator regarding a complaint that is linked to me, my SSN and date of birth.  He went on to state that in order to freeze activity from going to the courts my attorney needed to contact him immediately. When I called him back he wanted me to verify what phone number he had called me at. I refused to verify anything, so Mark said that he was going to proceed with sending the complaint onto the courts.

I also received this type of call today, only it was a v.m.   I did not return his call as I believe it's a scam.  I've received nothing in the mail regarding a complaint/debt, etc.
