Just got a call from this #...actually it came up unavailable.  They threatened me with a legal summons.  They even called one of my friends looking for me.  Not cool.

Got a call from this number actually went to my sister threatening to serve ...first of all you never warn someone if you are going to be served, also this is against the law to threaten legal action.  I suspect this is a type of fishing scam.  I let my attorney listen to the message and she is trying to track this person down to file action against them.

Thank goodness! Got the same call...TWICE. First time the number came up as unknown and they even called my parents looking for me, so of course my mom was freaking out. Second time they called, the number showed up on my caller ID. Mind you the first time they called the guy threatened a summons within 24 hours, um yeah no one ever showed up to my home or work and then a second call two weeks later threatening the same thing. Unbelievable!

Really hope your attorney can do something.

Over past year we've rec'd several of these calls. Rather poor attempts to obtain money for who knows. Obnoxious, but harmless unless the called party is easily intimidated. Find them rather humorous.

I was threatened with a summons in which I would need two forms of ID! These people are out of hand. They said if I didnt sign for it, It would count against me in court.

Got the same call including notification to serve the summons at my home within 24 hours.  It was on my wortk phone and the caller identified himself as Jonathan Stewart.

I just got a call from this number they left a voicemail saying they were trying to serve me a summons...and when I tried to call back nobody answered.  I can't understand what company he says he is from...

Just got a call from these people today saying the same thing n he told me to call his boss i did n he said it was for a credit card from back in 2001 um for 1 I was only like 13 at that time

I've been plagued by calls from this number also. Threatening the same as others have mentioned...serving a summons, threatening charges, etc. Comes from different numbers too. I keep calling and so far have never gotten one. They speak so fast that the company isn't clearly expressed. I got part of it though, sounds like " legal acquisitions". I'm suspecting this outfit buys up written off accounts and tries to collect them. If anyone has any more information I would like to hear it, if I find out anything I'll pass it on.

Have started receiving these called as of today. They have called 4 times... same lady but I can't understand her name..  Wendy maybe. But says they were forwarded my name and ssn and if I don't call her back today then it will go against me in court.
