This caller is Verizon Wireless Customer Service.  Their normal caller ID is 800-249-2462.

This Verizon Wireless' automated collections system, they are trying to collect a debt. These calls are made when a bill is two months overdue. If you call the 800 number, you get a message to that effect with a another number to call to pay it. Or just use *226 on your phone and follow the prompts, the calls will stop when you pay your bill, or at least the old portion of it.

This number is not verizon, but a scam.

These are harrassing phone calls from Verizon and I am Deaf. I cannot answer phone calls. I know I have pay the phone but I'm only 10 days past due. It's rediculous! It's like they don't have any money. It's me who's havng a hard time to pay the overly high charges. I always get it paid.within the 2 weeks after due date. I work for home Depot and they cut our hours so never know how much we'll get. Verizon always acted as lke they are not going to get their money. They are so greedy in my opinion.
