I've had this number call my work several times a day for the past few weeks. I answer, say who it is, there's no answer and they hang up. I tried calling the number back and there was no answer. I asked the phone company and they said it was a cell phone.

Heh. They just screwed with the wrong guy.

I have sued this NY company called Kaizen Direct Inc.

I have same problems you have. How can i stop it?

this guy keeps calling my work, asking for the owner of the company, who is literally never in the office. said his phone system is down so i can't take a message for her to call him back. spent about five minutes trying to sell him a new phone system and trying to get his supervisor "steve's" ext, but steve is never around. lol.

All you have to do is call the local telephone @ 585-340-2600 and they will notify Appointments4u.com to put you on the DO NOT CALL LIST. It is very easy to do and they will never call you again!!!!!

It would be nice if they made the phone number traceable so we would not have to play detective to spend valuable time trying to stop these idiots from calling.  When you call the number back and you get nothing but air it is very frustrating.  This 585-402-7465 calls repeatedly, tonight I finally was able to get someone to respond he stated he was from ZNS financial, I asked him to hold and and hung up, he then phoned back from a what showed on caller ID as Lead Club with a number of 585-324-7181.  Both of these numbers on search bug came back to Paetec Communications, INC of New York.  I will call 585-340-2600 tomorrow and request to be removed.

I phoned Paetec this morning and spoke with a Carl.  I gave him both numbers that phoned me and he stated he would send an e-mail to the person that handles those accounts which while he was looking up states both numbers are to the same account holder, he would not tell me who the numbers belonged to.  He stated that they service the phone numbers for these account holders but that they are not the company making these soliciting phone calls.  He said the best he can do for me is send the account manager an e-mail, and if the numbers still keeps calling to file a police report for harrassment.  I this point as a much of a pain as that is, I am so irritated with these people that keep calling I will make that my next step.  I looked up the ZNS financial and did not come up with much I may have misunderstood the person on the phone his accent was not the best.  I did look up a name that was listed on a previos posting of Lynn Cocilova and googled her and found that her husband owns EMS financial, so I think that is closer to who is calling considering she works for Paetec. Although her number that is listed above for her office is no longer working if you put her name in the automatic directory finder she comes up with a voice mail account.  Sorry I typed so much I am just so frustrated with these telemarketers.

I'm having the same troubles. I phoned Frontier, and they told me to call PaeTec. I called PaeTec and by being all sunny and nice on the phone I did in fact get put through to Lynn Cocilova-- she DOES still work there. She was, however, very angry about people contacting her about this. She says she is just the account manager and has no responsibility for what LeadCorp does. She says she's being harrassed by the public about this, and was very hostile to me. She advised I start filing police reports if I don't like the calls. So I'm filing with the FTC, the FCC, the NYS Attorney General, and will file a police report if I get even one more call. Internet research did lead me to Kaizen Direct, who apparently is another name for LeadCorp. I called them (585-760-2200) and they said they would be able to get me taken off the phone list but it might take some time.

Perhaps repeated calls to the Co. (on their 800#, haha!) would help.

For months we have had calls from "WSI" asking tro speak to the owner. I have told them time and time again i'm not interested. they get rude, hang up, and call back. last time i got enough information to find out what company they are calling for...WSI We simplify the internet, i called to owner and she said that she uses kaizen direct, Jeff rogers, for her marketing. She was appauled at the methods to which kaizden has taken. She will be pulling her business.

if you can listen and question long enough to get the name and contact of the individual that they are tring to set the appt for, then call them, the customer, and inform them of the harrasment takeing place in their companies name... kaizen will change or continue to lose clients.
if nessisary set the appointment and let the customer come out, waste their time, and explain in person the harrassment kaizen has done.

Kaizen direct is a rip off. They were supposed to get appts. for me and it never happened. I received 3 appts. 2 the companies had way less employees than I wanted and the third was a company HQ'd in Texas. I dont live in Texas. Tried to get my money back and never did. It was a 5 month ordeal. They are a scam.

I had the exact same experience.
