    Someone claiming to be "Julie Smith" an "IRS agent", called me to demand immediate action on a "problem" with my taxes.  She said that if I didn't call her back right away, "action would be taken" against me.  I have no outstanding problems with the IRS, so I knew it was a scam.  If you received a call from this number, you can contact the IRS online at their fraud reporting site, Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, www.tigta.gov.  These scammers should be put out of business.
