received call from 585 598 6191, telephone I.D.'d as "conserve", think its a debt collection agency hiding as debt consultation agency. I do not owe any debt to them.

weird - i've been getting calls, too.  not sure why - i don't owe anyone anything.  they never leave a message, but it annoys me as it is on my cell phone!  i share minutes with a teenager, cut me a break here.

I keep getting a call from a company called CONSERVE and they say that they are a debt collection agency. I checked into them, and there is no debt collection agency that goes by that name. They are a fraud, so do not answer their calls.

called and said they are calling from Conserv regarding the dept of education. They asked for my birth-date and last 4 of my social security number. Boy, how stupid do these scammers think people are.They got rude when I wouldn't give them that info.

I just got called too. Total scam. They get info off of LinkedIn and try to convince you to give them your date of birth. They claimed that I was in default of a student loan (never took any out and always paid in check) but couldn't tell me what college I went to. They knew my year of birth but wanted me to provide my month and day to "verify" they had the right person. They knew where I worked and claimed to call me there. I finally told them my dob was February 31, 1985 and hung up.

Received a call from this number looking for a woman. Told them I don't know anyone by the name they were looking for. They said I would be taken off there call list. One day later I get another call from the same phone number asking for the person again and again I told them I do not know of that person. Told them that if I received another call from them they will be hearing from a lawyer. The person then hung up on me. Hope they don't call again.

I just received a call from this number.  Ignored it.  No message left.  I do not have any student loans, so if they are indeed serving a purpose associated with that, then they have no need to call me.
