Capital One Auto Finance

Caller ID showed New York Call and number, it is Capital One collections department in the Phillipines, I told them that the rason that I'm late is because companies like Capital One are outsourcing the jobs to China, India, Phillipines, etc ...
If they keep the jobs in this country,  USA, they probrably will be dealing with less people in my situation

I have received fourteen phone calls from them in the past three days, three of them I answered and they are looking for someone who had my cell phone number before me.  I have told them THREE times that they have the incorrect number, but they still insist on calling me back.  I think I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, or an attorney as I think this is bordering on harrassment.  They are using my cell phone minutes...especially after I told them the very first time they called that they have the wrong number!!!
